The purpose of Amendment #1 is to: A. Delete Scope of Work 1d related to the availability of 43 spaces at CASS for individuals moved from the Men’s Overflow Shelter. B. Delete A.2. a- c related to the scope of work associated with the Men’s Overflow Shelter (MOS)/Low Demand Shelter located at 1214 W. Madison and related footnotes. C. Delete budget for unrestricted MOS or CASS Shelter for operating costs or one time transitional costs of MOS for 9 months in the amount of $75,000 and related footnotes. II. The foregoing paragraph contains all the changes made by this Amendment. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain the same and in full force and effect.
