Building located at 301 S. 4th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, 85003, Zayo Group, LLC ("Zayo"), with its
headquarters at 1805 291 Street, Suite 2050, Boulder, CO 80301, hereby submits our bid proposal in the
pre-paid gross rent sum of $75,000 plus applicable taxes, and as further requested, Zayo encloses the
following Auction Submittal Package to include:
• A cashier's check in the sum of $5,000, made out to Maricopa County
• Zayo Group, LLC certificate of Good Standing from the State of Delaware
• Two (2) signed copies of the as-is Chambers Building Technology Space Lease
