A progress report must be submitted to the Maricopa County Department of Business and Health Care
Programs on or before July 31 of each year within the term of the Agreement, as well as within 90 days
of completion of a performance milestone. The report shall include information for the preceding
twelve months (July-June) and describe the company’s attainment of the performance targets outlined
in the Contract. A report is required regardless of whether any activity has occurred in the year. The
initial report will cover the year in which the contract was executied.

Silicon Valley Bank has successfully reached Milestone #3 (220 positions) in Tempe - currently that
number is at 235 as of February 25, 2015 - and we are successfully tracking towards an additional 60
positions (280 total) by early 2016. This shall serve as SVB's milestone report as of February 25, 2015.
