that supports program staff in working with volunteers and recruits volunteer

Valuing Volunteer In-Kind - Parent and non-parent volunteers without
technical or professional skills, or are not donating technical or
professional skills, are valued for in-kind purposes based on the
average wage the program currently pays for teacher aides, including
the value of all fringe benefits provided by Maricopa County as
outlined in the program budget that OHS has approved. This rate is
used for non-technical, non-professional volunteer services regardless
if the services are provided in the classroom, at the socialization site,
in a program administrative office, or at home.
