Lease No. L-7134 Amendment No. 09 C-24-97-002-4-10 AMENDMENT No. 9 TO LEASE AGREEMENT L-7134 BETWEEN PHOENIX SANTA FE PARTNERS, an ARIZONA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, LESSOR AND MARICOPA COUNTY, LESSEE RECITALS A. Lessor and Lessee are parties to that certain Lease Agreement No. L-7134 dated June 17, 1991; and subsequently modified by: i) Amendment No. 1 on October 16, 1996; ii) Amendment No. 2 on December 17, 1997; iii) an administrative item on June 16, 1998; iv) Amendment No. 3 on September 6, 2000; v) Amendment No. 5 on August 10, 2005; vi) Amendment No. 6 on July 13, 2010; vii) Amendment No. 7 on June 8, 2011; and viii) Amendment No. 8 on June 25, 2012, (the “Agreement”). The Agreement is for premises at 4622 West Indian School Road, Suite 10, Phoenix, Arizona, consisting of 6,624 rentable square feet of area.. B. The term of the Agreement expires on August 31, 2015. C. Lessee now desires to amend the them of the Agreement through this Amendment No. 9 by exercising the first of Lessee’s two options to renew. AGREEMENT NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other valuable considerations, Lessee and Lessor agree to amend the Agreement as follows: 1. The term of the Agreement is hereby extended one (1) year commencing September 1, 2015, and expiring August 31, 2016, unless terminated earlier as provided for in the Agreement. This Agreement is subject to termination pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-511. 2. The effective date of this Amendment No. 9 is the date of execution by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. 3. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this Amendment No. 9. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement and subsequent Amendments remain the same and in full force and effect.
