Ballots, certificates, poll list and tally list shall be sealed by the Inspector in the presence of the judge and clerk and endorsed as required by A.R.S. § 48-2386(B) and delivered to the Secretary of the Board of Trustees. Ballots shall be kept unopened for at least 6 months. The Tally List shall be delivered to the Board of Trustees on the first Monday after the election (November 24, 2014) to canvas the returns.
