RESOLUTION AND STATEMENT OF RESULTS OF ELECTION
WHEREAS, the election for the offices of members of the Board of Directors of Aguila Irrigation
District having been held on the 11 th day of November, 2014, in the County of Maricopa, State of
Arizona;
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors having duly met and canvassed the returns of said election on
November 12 th, 2014, by checking returns made by the election board and counting the votes on the
questions submitted (if any) and for Directors;
NOW, THEREFORE,
RESOLVED, that the Secretary of the District be, and is hereby, directed to enter into the records
of the Board of Directors a copy of the posted Notice of Election, attached hereto as "Exhibit A";
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Secretary be, and hereby is directed to enter into the records of
the Board of Directors the following information:
1. The judges of the election were as follows:
Mitchell Day
Christopher Fecke-Stoudt
Jennifer Torpey
2. The total number of votes cast in the District: 3,909 votes
Total number of votes cast in Division 1 1,280 votes
Total number of votes cast in Division 2 1,280 votes
Total number of votes cast in Division 3 1,349 votes
3. The name(s) of the person(s) voted for as Director of the District:
Chris Franks, Division 1
Dan Dempsey, Division 2
Stephen Martori, Division 3
