NOTICE OF ELECTION
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Election for members of the Board of
Directors of the ELECTRICAL DISTRICT NO. 8, will be held as follows:
Date: January 10, 2015
Time: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: Mill Iron Plaza Conference Room.
25560 West Highway 85, Buckeye, Arizona.
Election of Directors. The following persons have been nominated for five
vacancies on the Board for terms expiring in 2015.
DIVISION 3: Brian Turner
DIVISION 6: John Utz
DIVISION 8: Jason Pierce
DIVISION 9: Jerry Rovey
DIVISION 11: Michael J Vandetwey
Persons qualified to vote at this election or to hold the office of director must own real property
within the boundaries of the District and must be qualified to vote as required under the general
election laws of the State of Arizona, as required pursuant to Section 48-1742 of the Arizona
Revised Statutes and the Bylaws of the District.
The Board of Directors has called this election and authorized this notice be posted in
one public place in each township and range of each division, and in not less than three
different public places in Maricopa and Yuma Counties, Arizona, in accordance with A.R.S.
Section 48-1742(B).

says:
That he is the person appointed by the Board of Directors to post the notices of the
annual election of Electrical District No. 8, Maricopa County, Arizona, ("the District").
That on 12/31/2014 , he/she posted the attached Notice of Annual Election of
Electrical District No. 8 of Maricopa and Yuma Counties, State of Arizona, a copy of which
is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference, at one public
place within each township or part of township of each range or part of each range
according to government survey, included in the divisions for which the election is held.
That on 12/31/2014 , he/she posted the above referenced notice in no less than
three different public places in Maricopa County.
That posting of said notices complies with the requirements of Arizona Revised
Statutes Section 48-1742(B).
