We, the undersigned, residents and taxpayers of Maricopa County, State of Arizona,
petition your Honorable Body to establish as a County Highway, pursuant to A.R.S.
§28-6701 the following described lines, to-wit:
A roadway alignment of varying width, together with all appurtenance rights, being
consistent with the right of way as shown on the right of way plans for Elliot Road from
Beginning of Maintenance to Airport Road. Project Number TT41I, on file with the
Maricopa County Department of Transportation and lying within Sections 12 & 13 all
within Township 1 South, Range 3 West of the Gila Salt River Median, Maricopa
County, Arizona.
(Said roadway also known as Elliot Road from 215 th Avenue to Airport Road, lying
within Supervisor District 5 and in an unincorporated area.)
