the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the Special Election being held May 19, 2015
conducted as an all-mail ballot election.

RE: Call of Election
M. McCarroll,
On or about November 26, 2014, the organizing board of Queen Creek County Island Fire District held a
meeting to Call and Election of for the four open director positions of the elected board. The Agenda of
that meeting was not posted on the District's official posting location, its website in violation of A.R.S.
§38-431.02A(3). In an abundance of caution, as Administrator of the District pending the election of the
duly elected Board, I am going to repeat the Call of Election.
Therefore, in accordance with A.R.S. §16-226(A), please accept this letter as the Call of Election for the
Special Election being held on May 19, 2015, to elect four (4) directors to the Queen Creek County Island
Fire District Board.
