2015 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM PAYMENT STANDARDS
WHEREAS, HUD publishes the Fair Market Rents (FMRs) for each market area in the United
States on an annual basis; and
WHEREAS, each Public Housing Authority (PHA) must adopt a payment standard schedule that
establishes voucher payment standard amounts for each unit size, for each FMR area, in the
PHA’s jurisdiction; and
WHEREAS, the 2015 Payment Standards will be as follows:

NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County
hereby adopts Resolution No. 15-001 and approves the 2015 Payment Standards for the
Housing Choice Voucher Program effective January 1, 2015.
