We, the undersigned, residents and taxpayers of Maricopa County, State of Arizona,
petition your Honorable Body to establish as a County Highway, pursuant to A.R.S.
§28-6701 the following described lines, to-wit:
OPEN AND DECLARE

That portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 15, Township 1 South, Range 2 East of
the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona more particularly
described as follows:
The East 25 feet of the South 288 feet of the North 726.93 feet of the Southwest quarter
of the Northeast quarter of said Section.
The East 20 feet of the North 726.93 feet of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of said Section; EXCEPT the South 288 feet thereof.
The West 25 feet of the North 726.93 feet of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of said Section; EXCEPT the North 25 feet.
The West 60 feet of the North 25 feet of the North 726.93 feet of the Southeast quarter of
the Northeast quarter of said Section.
The West 60 feet of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section lying
Southerly of Carver Road.
(Said roadway also known as 37th Avenue from Shawnee Drive to Carver Road and
lying in Supervisor District 5.)
