Contract No. C-22-13-068-3-01 Amendment #1 AMENDMENT TO THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY ADMINISTERED BY ITS HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS, A BODY CORPORATE, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY I. The purpose of Amendment #1 is to: A. Terminate the Agreement as referenced in the original agreement. Section I General Provisions paragraph J. TERMINATION 3.: This agreement may be terminated by mutual written agreement of the Parties specifying the termination date therein. B. In the event of termination, the county shall make payment for services properly invoiced and rendered prior to the effective date of the termination. II. Therefore: A. By mutual agreement by both parties, the agreement shall be terminated, utilizing paragraph J.3. listed above. B. Termination of the agreement is effective upon approval by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. III. The foregoing paragraphs contains all the changes made by this Amendment.
