AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY
BETWEEN
MARICOPA COUNTY, (“LICENSOR”)
AND
CITY OF PHOENIX, (“LICENSEE”)
RECITALS
A. Licensor and Licensee are parties to that certain License Agreement No. P-50189
approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors on August 31, 2011 and
subsequently amended October 31, 2012 and December 11, 2013. The License is for
County-owned Properties as deemed appropriate by the Maricopa County Director of
Protective Services or his/her superior for use by the City of Phoenix Police Department.
B. The term of the License expires on December 31, 2014.
C. Licensor and Licensee now mutually desire to extend the License for one (1) additional
twelve (12) month term with the option of two (2) additional twelve (12) month terms
remaining.
AGREEMENT
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other valuable
considerations, Licensor and Licensee agree to amend License No. P-50189 as follows:
1. The term of the License is hereby extended one (1) year, to commence on January 1,
2015, and expire on December 31, 2015. This Agreement is subject to termination
pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. §38-511.
2. The effective date of this amendment is the date of execution by the Maricopa County
Board of Supervisors.
3. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this amendment, All other
terms and conditions of the original agreement remain the same and in full force and
effect.
