We, the undersigned, residents and taxpayers of Maricopa County, State of Arizona,
petition your Honorable Body to establish as a County Highway, pursuant to A.R.S.
§28-6701 the following described lines, to-wit:
Two roadway alignments of varying width, together with all appurtenant riOts, being
consistent with the right of way as shown on the right of way plans for 227 th Avenue
from Montgomery Road to Dove Valley Road and Dove Valley Road from 1,172.38 feet
West of and 100 feet East of said 227 th Avenue; Project Number TT411, on file with the
Maricopa County Department of Transportation and lying within Sections 14, 15, 22, 23
all within Township 5 North, Range 3 West of the Gila and Salt River Meridian,
Maricopa County, Arizona.
(Two said roadways known as 227 th Avenue from Montgomery Road to Dove Valley
Road and Dove Valley Road from 1,172.38 feet West of and 100 feet East of said 227 th
Avenue, lying in Supervisor District 4.)
