I. The above named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A. Cover Page, under 1.0 Contract Term, 1.2., the original contract, at the County’s
sole discretion, extend the contract on a month-to-month basis for a maximum of
six (6) months after expiration, beginning on October 12, 2014 and ending the
April 11, 2015.
II. All other terms and conditions of the original contract and other amendments will
remain in full force and effect.
