Agreement requiring such consent.
Article 11. Indemnification.
11.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each Party (as "indemnitor") agrees to indemnify,
defend, and hold harmless the other Party (as "indemnitee") from and against any and all

Article 25. ABOR Specific Provisions.
25.1. The Parties will comply with all applicable state and federal laws, rules, regulations, and
executive orders governing equal employment opportunity, immigration, and

Parties will abide by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and
60-741.5(a). These regulations prohibit discrimination against qualified individuals
based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities, and
prohibit discrimination against all individuals based on their race, color, religion,
sex, or national origin. Moreover, these regulations require that covered prime
contractors and subcontractors take affirmative action to employ and advance in

protected veteran status or disability.
25.2. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-1518, the Parties acknowledge and agree, that they will be
