AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY AND PAWS PLUS The Agreement for mass mailing advertisement inserts through the Maricope' County Animal Care and Control dog license renewal mail outs between Maricopa County and Paws Plus, dated July 17, 2013 (Contract C49-13-141-3-00) is hereby amended as follows: The Agreement is amended as follows! Delete FIRST PARAGRAPH: This CONTRACT made and entered into by and between Marloop County, hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY" and Paws Plus, a limited liability company, 7115 16th St E, Sarasota, FL 34243, referred to hereinafter as "CONTRACTOR". Add FIRST PARAGRAPH: This CONTRACT made and entered into by and between Maricopa County, hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY' and Fetoo Support Services, - LLC, a corporation, 9125 Rehm. Rd, San Diego, CA 92121, referred to hereinafter as "CONTRACTOR". ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. THIS AMENDMENT BECOMES EFFECTIVE UPON FULL EXECUTION. THIS AMENDMENT, consisting of one page is executed by the persons signing below who warrant that they have the authority to execute this Amendment under the original Agreement.
