AUTHORIZE AN APPELLATE BRIEF IN THE MATTER OF GALLARDO, ET AL. V. STATE OF ARIZONA, ET AL., ARIZONA SUPREME COURT CASE NO. CV-14-0208- PR/A Authorize the Maricopa County Attorney to file a brief in the matter of Gallardo, et al. v. State of Arizona, et al., Arizona Supreme Court Case No. CV-14-0208-PR/A. This item was heard in Executive Session on August 18, 2014.
