AMENDMENT to LEASE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
1255 Baseline, LLC, (“LESSOR”)
AND
MARICOPA COUNTY, (“LESSEE”)
RECITALS
A. Lessor and Lessee are parties to that certain Lease Agreement No. L-7311 approved by
the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors on October 30, 2001, and subsequently
amended on March 21, 2007, November 16, 2011, October 17, 2012 and December 24,
2013. The Lease is for premises at 1225 W. Baseline Road, Mesa, AZ, consisting of
5,110 square feet of rentable area.
B. The term of the Lease expires on January 27, 2015.
C. Lessor and Lessee now mutually approve of the third of four 1-year renewal options to
amend the lease term, and the annual rent schedule.
AGREEMENT
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other valuable
considerations, Lessor and Lessee agree to amend Lease No. L-7311 as follows:
1. The term of the Lease is hereby extended one (one) year, to commence on January 28,
2015 and expire on January 27, 2016. This Agreement is subject to termination pursuant
to the provisions of A.R.S. §38-511.
2. Lessee agrees to pay as base rent, in equal monthly installments, the sums as follows:

$19.50/s.f. $8,303.75* $99,645.00*
*Plus applicable taxes
3. The effective date of this amendment is the date of execution by the Maricopa County
Board of Supervisors.
4. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this amendment. All other
terms and conditions of the original agreement and as modified by subsequent lease
amendments remain the same and in full force and effect.
