A510 Portions of the Southeast quarter of Section 19, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Gila and Salt River Base Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona; and lying within, "Churchill South Unit 2", recorded in Book 79 of maps, Page 30, being more particularly described in four alignments as follows: Radford Road from 207th Avenue to 205th Avenue The South 25 feet of the West 1361 feet of the North half of the Southeast quarter and the North 25 feet of the West 1361 feet of the South half of the Southeast quarter of said Section 19. 206th Avenue from 660 feet south of Radford Road to Radford Road The East 31 feet of the West half and the West 19 feet of the East half, all of the North half of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 19. 205th Avenue from Bradley Road to Radford Road A parcel being 25 feet west and 25 feet east of a line running from the intersection of 205th Avenue and Bradley Road to the intersection of 2056 Avenue and Radford Road. Gordon Way from Radford Road to Bradley Road A parcel 20 feet southwesterly of and 30 feet northeasterly of a line being the northeasterly r/w line of Gordon Way according to "Churchill South No. 2 recorded in Book 79 of Maps, Page 30; said line is described as running from the intersection of said line the north line of Radford Road according to said Book 79 of Maps, Page 30 southeasterly along said line 1,390 feet to a point.
