A511 A 50 foot wide roadway known as Rockaway Hills Drive, together with all appurtenances and easements of record and lying 25 feet north and 25 feet south of the following described centerline. BEGINNING at a point on the North line of Section 19 – T6N, R3W a distance of 660 feet west of the North quarter corner of said Section 19; Thence easterly along the North line of said Section 19 to the Northeast corner of said Section also being the Northwest corner of Section 20 of said T6N, R3W; Thence, continuing easterly along the North line of said Section 20 a distance of 660 feet to the terminus of said centerline. (Said roadway also known as Rockaway Hills Drive from 256th Avenue to 660 feet East of 251st Avenue and lying in Supervisor District 4 and in an unincorporated area.)
