Dear Pastor Baker: You are hereby advised that, subject to Maricopa County Board of Supervisors approval, Maricopa County desires to exercise its option to renew as provided for in Section 2 of the 8 th Amendment to Lease No. L-7271 dated August 3, 2011, for classroom space at 161 North Mesa Drive, Mesa, Arizona. The renewal period will commence October 1, 2014 and expire September 30, 2017, at a monthly rental cost of Fifteen Hundred Eighty Four Dollars and Thirty Two Cents ($1,584.32) plus rental tax. Please sign three (3) copies under "Receipt of Option to Renew Notification" and return them to this office for approval by the Board of Supervisors.
