A518 A roadway of varying width, together with all appurtenances and easements of record, lying within the Northwest quarter of Section Twenty-four (24) in Township Five (5) North, Range Three (3) West, of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa county, Arizona, and being more particularly described as follows: The North 50 feet of the Northwest quarter and the South 14.1 feet of the North 64.1 feet of the East 36 feet of the Northwest quarter, all of said Section 6. (Said roadway also known as Lone Mountain Road, from Crozier Road to 215th Avenue, lying in Supervisor District 4 and in an unincorporated area.)
