13. Brief description of project (Not required for13. A&B above): •
To augment current development staff with a contractor who can assist in the support and development of new and existing applications and
projects. The contractor will be responsible for familiarizing themselves with our various TFS and source repository environments. They will
be responsible for setting up projects for ITG related development projects and existing development activities. They will document and
execute those plans as well as provide knowledge transfer to existing staff.

---Migration of older IFS environments and visual source versions to TES 2013.
---Development of a customized process template that will assist in the tracking of application development efforts.
---Design of TFS project reports that will assist management in decision making concerning development efforts.
--Documentation of TFS development efforts which will include code branching, merges and the management and execution of builds.
---Training on TES to Clerk of Court technical staff which will include TES project organization and best practices.
---Perform modifications and enhancements to Microsoft Project Web Access (PWA) for project planning, communication, and project
documentation efforts.
---Train Clerk of Court technical staff on the maintenance and set up of project information on PWA.
