The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) has approved the application submitted by the MaricopaiCountyClerk.of the Superior Court. The approved grant, in the amount of $191,360.00 will be used to -payforATD contract suppoft for the Team Foundation Server (TFS) work in fiscal year 2015. The approval is contingent upon the availability of Local JCEF funds. In the event that the court's local JCEF funds are insufficient to support the approved request, there is no obligation or approval to provide state funds. A.final status report is required and due on August 15, 2015 or forty-five days after the project expiration date of June 30, 2015. The status report should include responses to the following measures: / Implementation of Team Foundation Server (TFS) version 2013. / Migration of older TFS environments and visual source versions to TFS 2013. Development of a customized process template that will assist in the tracking of application development efforts. .7 Design of IFS project reports that will assist management in decision making concerning development efforts. • Documentation of TFS development effort which will include , code branching, merges and the management and execution of builds. • • • , ,7 Perform modifications and enhancements to Microsoft Project Web Access (PWA) for project planning, communication, and project documentation efforts. • • , • Train Clerk of Court Technical staff on the maintenance and set up of project information on PWA.
