AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY
FOR TRAVEL REDUCTION PROGRAM
Approve Amendment No. 7 to an Intergovernmental Agreement between Arizona Department of
Environmental Quality (EV11-0065) and Maricopa County through the Air Quality Department. The
purpose of this amendment is to extend implementation of the Travel Reduction Program and the budget
period end date. There is no change in the assistance amount. This amendment is non-financial and is
effective from July 1, 2014 until June 30, 2015. All other terms and conditions of the Intergovernmental
Agreement remain in full force and effect.
