I. The purpose of Amendment #1 is to renew the subgrantee reimbursement agreement with the City of
Goodyear and extend the termination date from February 1, 2014 to September 26, 2014.

II. The foregoing paragraph contains all the changes made by this Amendment. All other terms and
conditions of the original agreement remain the same and in full force and effect.
