Effective October 1, 2014, it is mutually agreed that the Grant referenced is amended as follows:
1. Pursuant to Terms and Conditions, Provision 2, Option to Renew Grant, the Grant is hereby extended through
September 30, 2015. A subsequent Amendment will be issued that reflects change to Scope of Work and Budget
due to USDA requirements.
All other provisions shall remain in their entirety.
