Dear Ms. Spear:
You are hereby advised that, subject to Maricopa County Board of Supervisors
approval, Maricopa County desires to exercise the second of its two options to renew
as provided for in Section 1 of the Second Amendment to Lease No. 103050-002 (L-
7322), dated April 2, 2008, for the Office Lease at 1260 South 7th Avenue, Phoenix,
Arizona. The renewal period will begin January 1, 2015 and continue through
December 31, 2017, at an annual rental cost of One Dollar ($1.00).
Please have signed all three (3) copies under “Receipt of Option to Renew
Notification” and return them to this office for approval by the Board of
Supervisors. I will return one fully executed original to you for your records.
