I. The above named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A. The budget term will be extended from June 30, 2014 to September 30, 2014.
B. Increase Contract amount to an aggregate not-to-exceed (NTE) amount of
$567,958 (increased by $120,000 for budget term July 1, 2013 through
September 30, 2014.)
II. All other terms and conditions of the original Contract shall remain in full force and
effect.
