A portion of the Amended Final Plat for Pasqualetti Mountain Ranch- Phase 1 as
recorded in Book 589, Page 26, records of Maricopa County, The Final Plat for
Pasqualetti Mountain Ranch- Phase 2&3 as recorded in Book 716, Page 10, records
of Maricopa County, the Final Plat for Pasqualetti Mountain Ranch- Phase 4 as
recorded in Book 758, Page 11, records of Maricopa County, and a portion of Section
29, Township 2 North, Range 2 West of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa
County, Arizona, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a found brass cap in hand hole accepted as the East quarter corner of
said Section 29 from which a found brass cap flush accepted as the Center of said
Section 29 bears North 89°31'33" West, 2648.33 feet;
Thence South 00°16'58" West, 40.00 feet along the east line of the Southeast
quarter of said Section 29;
Thence along the southerly right of way line of Osborn Road per said Final Plats for
Phases 1, 2&3, and 4 the following 4 courses.
Thence leaving said east line, North 89°31'33" West, 2648.32 feet along a line which
is 40.00 feet south of and parallel with the north line of the Southeast quarter of said
Section 29;
Thence leaving said parallel line, North 00°15'45" East, 40.00 feet along the west
line of said Southeast quarter to the Center of said Section 29;
Thence North 89°32'01" West, 1645.28 feet along the south line of the Northwest
quarter of said Section 29 to a non-tangent curve, concave easterly, having a radius of
54.00 feet, the center of which bears North 50°28'24" East;
Thence leaving said south line and northerly along said curve, through a central angle
of 83°48'56", an arc length of 78.99 feet to a point of non-tangency;
Thence leaving said right of way line, South 70°28'00" East, 67.66 feet to a non-
tangent curve, concave northeasterly, having a radius of 20.00 feet, the center of
which bears South 89°32'47" East;
Thence along the northerly right of way line of Osborn Road per said Final Plat for
Phases 1, 2&3, and 4 and southeasterly along said curve, through a central angle of

89°59'14", an arc length of 31.41 feet to a point of tangency.
Thence continuing along said northerly right of way line of said final plat for Phases
1, 2&3, and 4 the following 4 courses:
Thence South 89°32'01" East, 240.39 feet along a line which is 30.00 feet north of
and parallel with the south line of the Northwest quarter of said Section 29;
Thence leaving said parallel line, North 78°35'47" East, 48.62 feet;
Thence South 89°32'01" East, 1270.81 feet along a line which is 40.00 feet north of
and parallel with the south line of the Northwest quarter of said Section 29 to the east
line of said Northeast quarter;
Thence South 89°31'33" East, 2648.36 feet along a line which is 40.00 feet north of
and parallel with the south line of the Northeast quarter of said Section 29, to the east
line thereof;
Thence South 00°18'19" West, 40.00 feet along said east line to the POINT OF
BEGINNING. Containing 6.3576 acres.
