I. The purpose of Amendment #1 is to renew the contract and extend the termination date from June 30,
2014 to June 30, 2015. Changes executed are as follows:
A. Contract Termination Date
Previous: June 30, 2014
Change to: June 30, 2015
B. An approved Operating Budget is attached herein.
II. The foregoing paragraph contains all the changes made by this Amendment. All other terms and
conditions of the original agreement remain the same and in full force and effect.
