I. The purpose of Amendment #1 is to renew the contract and extend the termination date from June 30,
2014 to June 30, 2015. Changes executed by this amendment are as follows:

II. The foregoing paragraph contains all the changes made by this Amendment. All other terms and
conditions of the original agreement remain the same and in full force and effect.
