The purpose of Amendment #1 is to renew the contract and extend the termination date from June 30, 2014 to June 30, 2015 with a contract reimbursement ceiling of $99,104. Changes executed are as follows: A. Contract Termination Date Previous: June 30, 2014 Change to: June 30, 2015 B. Contract Reimbursement Ceiling Previous: $80,394 Change to: $99,104 C. An approved Operating Budget is attached herein. II. The foregoing paragraph contains all the changes made by this Amendment.
