AMENDMENT TO THE
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT
FOR SERVICES BETWEEN
MARICOPA COUNTY
ADMINISTERED BY ITS
HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT
AND
THE TOWN OF WICKENBURG
I. The purpose of Amendment #1 is to:
A. Renew the agreement pursuant to the automatic renewal clause in Paragraph 3 for an additional
three years Federal Fiscal Years 2015, 2016, 2017.
B. Pursuant to HUD Directive CPD Notice 14-07 issued April 25, 2014:
1. Substitute the following language in paragraph 1 of the Agreement: This agreement
covers the CDBG Entitlement program, the HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) and
Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Program
2. Amend the agreement adding the following language:
The Municipality agrees that it may not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer all or any porti on of
such funds to another such metropolitan city, urban county, unit of general local government, or
Indian tribe, or insular area that directly or indirectly receives CDBG funds in exchange for any
other funds, credits or non-Federal considerations, but must use such funds for activities eligible
under title I of the Act.
II. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this Amendment. All other terms and
conditions of the original agreement remain the same and in full force and effect.
