13. Brief description of project (Not required for13. A&B above):
System and programming necessary to streamline caller entry into the Clerk's office. Currently numerous individual phone numbers are
published for the public to use in reaching the services of the Clerk. Callers do not have a single point of entry to get to the information/
services they need, and end up being transferred multiple times, as well as ending up at a desk where the staff person has terminated, so the
caller ends up having to start all over. This causes delays and dissatisfaction for the caller into the Court process. We will partner with OET,
who will supply existing infrastructure as a foundation for utilizing the Avaya system; the Clerk will provide programming, call flow design,
and equipment not already available in the OET infrastructure.

14. List the expected benefits of the project (not required for 13. A&B):
This system will eliminate numerous published phone numbers by consolidating to one number for the public to reach the Clerk's office,
increasing customer satisfaction, reducing the time the caller is on the line, and enhancing public access to the Court related processes and
information supplied by the Clerk's Office.
15. List the projects performance measures:
Install Avaya call management system, inclusive of designing call flows, voice recordings and termination points to ensure a 2-4 button
access experience into the Clerk's Office and its services.
