Lease No. L-7440 C-22-12-090-1-01 AMENDMENT No. 1 to LEASE AGREEMENT No. L-7440 RECITALS A. A New Leaf, Inc. (“Lessor”) and Maricopa County (“Lessee”) are Parties to that certain Lease Agreement No. L-7440 dated, and approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, September 18, 2012 (the “Lease”). The Lease is for Lessee’s use of premises at 2254 W. Main Street, Mesa, AZ, consisting of classroom space and playground facilities. B. The term of the Lease expires June 30, 2015. C. Lessor and Lessee now mutually desire to simultaneously terminate this Lease upon entering into a new Sublease Agreement No. L-7451. AGREEMENT NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other considerations, Lessee and Lessor agree to amend Lease No. L-7440 as follows: 1. The term of the Lease is hereby terminated upon the effective date of Sublease No. L- 7451 between the Parties. 2. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by the Lease.
