I. The above named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A. Replace Section I. Contract Term, 1.1 the original contract shall be extended for
an additional term of one (1) year, beginning on July 1, 2014 ending June 30,
2015.
All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and
effect.
