TRAINING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
MARICOPA COUNTY, by and through its DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH
AND
ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY
For The Rotation of Students
I. The above named agreement is hereby amended as specified below.
A. Paragraph 3.B of the Agreement is amended to add the following sentence to the
end of the paragraph: “MCDPH agrees to allow ASU faculty the right to
participate in selecting learning experiences for students participating under this
Agreement.”
Hl. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force and
