Amendment No. 2 to Non-Exclusive License Agreement
For Use of Real Property
Between
Town of Queen Creek (Licensor)
And
Maricopa County (Licensee)
RECITALS
A. WHEREAS Licensor and Licensee are Parties to that certain Non-Exclusive Revocable
License Agreement for Use of Real Property P-50188 dated and approved by the
Maricopa County Board of Supervisors September 26, 2012 and subsequently amended
August 14, 2013; and
B. WHEREAS The License is for use of Premises at 22358 South Ellsworth Road, Queen
Creek, Arizona, consisting of two (2) parking spaces; and
C. WHEREAS The term of the License expires September 14, 2014; and
D. WHEREAS Licensor and Licensee now mutually desire to extend the Agreement term
for one (1) year.
AGREEMENT
NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the foregoing and other valuable consideration,
Licensor and Licensee agree to amend License No. P-50188 as follows:
1. The term of the License is hereby extended for one (1) year, to commence September 15,
2014 and expire September 14, 2015.
2. This Amendment shall not become effective until it is executed by the Chairman of the
Maricopa County Board of Supervisors,
3. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this amendment. All other
terms and conditions of the original Agreement and subsequent amendments remain the
same and in full force and effect.
