RESOLUTION AND STATEMENT OF RESULTS OF ELECTION
WHEREAS, the election for the offices of Directors at Large of the Board of
Directors of Tonopah Irrigation District having been held on the 12 th day of November,
2013, in the County of Maricopa, State of Arizona;
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors having duly met and canvassed the returns of
said election on November 26th, 2013, by checking returns made by the election board
and counting the votes on the questions submitted (if any) and for Directors;
NOW, THEREFORE,
RESOLVED, that the Secretary of the District be, and is hereby, directed to enter
into the records of the Board of Directors a copy of the posted Notice of Election,
attached hereto as "Exhibit A";
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Secretary be, and hereby is directed to enter
into the records of the Board of Directors the following information:

TONOPAH IRRIGATION DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an election for members of the Board of
Directors of Tonopah Irrigation District will be held on Tuesday, November 12,
2013. The polls will open at 8:00 a.m. and will close at 6:00 p.m. Three (3)
Directors at Large may be elected.
The polling place shall be at the District office, located at 160 North
Pasadena, Suite 101, Mesa, Arizona, 85201-6764. Qualified electors may also
vote by early ballot. If interested in voting by early ballot or if you have any other
questions, please contact Jennifer Torpey at (480) 610-8741.
