HELD ON NOVEMBER 20, 2013 IN
MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA
The Board of Trustees of Spectrum Irrigation Water Delivery District #48 do hereby make the
following Statement of Results of the Election of the Board of Trustees held on November 20, 2013, in
said District. This Statement is based upon the official canvass of the returns of said election by the
Board of Trustees of said District,
1, A copy of the Notice of Election is attached as Exhibit A.
2. The members of the election board were:
• Danielle Fitts, Inspector
• Kristine Nau, Judge
• Cathy Pai, Clerk
3. There were 4 ballots cast,
4. The names of the offices of the persons voted for at said Election of Board of Trustees are as
follows:
• Morgan Neville
• Jon Willis
• Doug Strode
5. The number of votes cast for each candidate is as follows:
• Morgan Neville Number of votes: 913
• Jon Willis Number of votes: 913
• Doug Strode Number of votes: 913
6, The names of the persons declared elected for a two (2) year term on the Board of Trustees of
the Spectrum Irrigation Water Delivery District #48 are as follows:
• Morgan Neville
• Jon Willis
• Doug Strode

CERTIFICATION
I, the undersigned, being the President of the Board of Trustees of the Spectrum Irrigation
Water Delivery District #48, does hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of the
District's Statement of Results of the Election of the Board of Trustees adopted by the Board of Trustees
of the District on the 20th day of November, 2013, at which a quorum was present and that said
Statement has not been amended, repealed, or rescinded.
