ARPAIO SHERIFF March 20, 2014 BILL OF SALE WHEREAS, under and by virtue of the Tax Bill, Tax Account Number 97184831, issued by the Treasurer of Maricopa County, Arizona, on the 21 s day of May, 2010, 1 was duly commanded as Sheriff of Maricopa County, Arizona, to seize and sell the following described personal property, to wit: a 1991 HARBOR HOUSE mobile home, I.D. # AS18618HH, located at 8600 E Broadway Road Lot 166, Mesa, AZ 85208, belonging to Anthony J. Lawrence, to satisfy said tax bill; and WHEREAS, I did seize the above described personal pr6perty belonging to the above named owner, and gave notice in accordance with Arizona State law that the required sale would be held at 111 S 3"d Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, on the 20th day of March, 2014, to satisfy the tax lien on said property, and WHEREAS, said property has not been redeemed; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 42, Sections 19111 and 19113, I attended at said time and place and offered for sale at public auction, for lawful money of the United States of America, the property above described, and WHEREAS, Maricopa County has bid the reserved sum of $508.18 in accordance with A.R.S. 42 -19113, current lawful money of the United States of America for the purchase of said property, and is the highest bidder and said sum is the highest sum bid, NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of said sum of $508.18, paid to me by said purchaser, I hereby sell, set over, transfer and convey unto the said Maricopa County for the consideration aforesaid, all right, title and interest of the above-named owner in and to the above described personal property, thereby satisfying said lien. fro WITNESS my hand at Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, on this 20 th day of March, mc aa• 2014. ;EP JOSEPH M.
