ACTIVITY FUNDING AMOUNT: $262,592
THIS Amendment No. 1 is entered into by and between the Wittmann Volunteer Fire District,
hereinafter referred to as "SUBRECIPIENT", and the COUNTY OF MARICOPA, hereinafter
referred to as "COUNTY" to be administered by the Board of Supervisors of Maricopa County
through its contract administrator, the Human Services Department (MCHSD), on behalf of the
COUNTY. This AMENDMENT is to be fully incorporated and made a part of this
Intergovernmental Agreement.
Whereas, the SUBRECIPIENT and the COUNTY hereby agree to amend the Subrecipient
Agreement, effective July 1, 2013. Provide $38,850 in additional Community Development
Block Grant funds for construction of the fire station improvements:
A. On page 1, Contract amount: Increase amount by $38,850 for a total of $262,592
B. On page 39, Budget: Increase the Income and Expense Budget by $38,850 for a total
income and total expense of $262,592.
Revise page 39, Budget to read as follows:

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement to be effective on May 7,
2014.
