Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona, with the following members present: Denny Barney, Chairman District 1; Steve Chucri, Vice Chairman District 2; Andrew Kunasek, District 3; Clint Hickman, District 4 and Mary Rose Wilcox, District 5. Also present: Fran McCarroll, Clerk of the Board; Tom Manos, County Manager and Michelle Wood, Legal Counsel. Minutes compiled by Shirley Million, Minutes Coordinator. Votes of the Members will be recorded as follows: aye-nay-absent-abstain. 1. EXECUTIVE SESSION Vote to convene in Executive Session to consider the items on the Special Executive Agenda dated March 26, 2014, for the Board of Supervisors and relevant Special Districts pursuant to the statutory authority listed for each item.
