RESOLUTION NO. R2014-05
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL O.F THE TOWN
OF CAVE CREEK, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO APPROVE AMENDMENT ONE TO AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND THE TOWN OF
CAVE CREEK FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the Town of Cave Creek ("Cave Creek") and Maricopa County
("County"), on behalf of the Sheriff's Office, have determined that it is in the best interests of
both entities to amend the terms of that certain Intergovernmental Agreement No. (C-50-
12-086-3-01) (the Initial Agreement) providing for law enforcement services.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF CAVE CREEK, ARIZONA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Amendment One to the Initial Agreement, a copy of which is
attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved and adopted; and
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute Amendment One on
behalf of the Town.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Cave Creek,
Arizona this l8ttdayof February, 2014.
