Maricopa County, Arizona
WHEREAS, Maricopa County, Arizona ("County") and Thomas and Means Law Finn, LLP ("Contractor")
have entered into a Contract for Thomas and Means Leadership Training Services dated September 25, 2013 and
effective June 5, 2013 ("Agreement"), County Contract No. 13058-SS.
WHEREAS, County and Contractor have agreed to further modify the Agreement by changing certain
terms and conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and for other good and valuable consideration,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
Addition of:
2.0 SCOPE OF WORK
General consulting services on law enforcement issues, including, but not limited to: research, drafting of
policies, development of training curriculum, and delivery of training.
EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT. The parties agree that this Amendment shall have a retroactive
effective date of July 1, 2013.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
