I. The above named Agreement is hereby amended as specified below,
A. Cover Page, line 3, Contract Amount is increased by $10,000 for a total contract
amount of $18,000.
B. List of Participating schools and stipend amount is Attachment 'A".
C. This Amendment is effective upon execution by both parties.
Ali other term and conditions of the original Agreement that have not been amended by this
or previous amendments shall remain in full force and effect.
