Ph 1- CORM I Ibis Change Order hereby changes the Contract, by deleting any text referring to "6th Floor" and replacing such text with '7th
Floor". This shall apply to any and all articles, references and other places throughout the Agreement. This Change moves the
Project Work Area to the floor above the 6th floor for the purpose of avoiding conflicts with other necessary, but unforeseen
abatement Work being perfurmcd on the 6th Floor by others. ilic conflicting Work by others is the result of unforeseen, concealed
conditions that were unknown nt the time this Contract 1113132 was executed. All of the Work Products already produced shall be
as valid on the 7th Floor as they \Nem an the 6th by virtue of' the floors being identical as to urea, scope of work, and the design
drawings and specifications prepared by the Architect identified in Article I .1 of the Contract, the refinence to "6th Floor
notwithstanding.

Project Name: 6th Floor New Four (4) Courtrooms
Project Scope Of Work: Build-out the approximately 18,680 SF of the 6 th Floor for four (4) new courtrooms
with associated judicial chambers, jury deliberation rooms, conference rooms, and ancillary spaces. Scope
also includes upgrading existing restrooms and providing for new restrooms, and the installation of new FP
and MP&E systems. The Work is to be based on construction drawings already prepared by DFDG, Architects
and similar to the existing ECM 5th Floor recently completed.
